Life just seems so much more interesting inside my head!

There has been a whole lot of things on my mind lately, Worlds Toughest Mudder, a wedding which is just round the corner (and yes it’s my wedding, I found my keeper and love her and her daughter to absolute bit), immigration, finances, my Mom coming for the month of November, her first time coming to my part of the world and trying to figure out what we can go see and do (so if you have any great ideas for Minnesota or surrounding States drop me a line).

Figuring out my brand which has sort of taken a back seat and I’ve been very quiet on posting unless you follow me on Instagram or Facebook. All in all its pretty noisy up in my head and couldn’t really figure out where to go with this post. Some days I have the perfect line of though as I’m driving, running, training or at work and think ‘Yes, I really need to remember this and get it on paper’ only to finally want to share it with you aaannnd……….blank!

So with Worlds Toughest Mudder being at the forefront of all this madness and my biggest event of the year….hopefully my fiancé doesn’t notice this…lets just start there 🙂

Worlds Toughest Mudder in only a few weeks time, the 12th and 13th of November. Feels like I’ve managed to find a better balance lately, I have been running well and my training feels like it has been going great and being at Minnesota Top Team CF  has really helped keep me on track tremendously with strength and conditioning, sadly though I’ve had to make a financial decision and September was my last month there. I’ve also been getting some solid body work done along with some fantastic advice from Greg and Gilbert, two super awesome partners at Upright Health, Joint & Muscle Care.

I am pumped and sooooo excited to have My Mom and my Fiancé there with me at WTM as my pit/support crew, so hopefully with their help on the small tasks like getting me fed and out of the pit area in a timely manner will get me atleast 3 more laps added to my last years distance of 65 miles and hit my goal of 80 miles.

I just want to send a MASSIVE SHOUT OUT to all the people who have contributed towards my getting to the WTM, THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for helping me out and making it possible with everything else that has been going on. Everybody’s contribution means the world to me and will all get a mention in the post race write up, but just would like to say thank you to Crosswinds Crossfit for not only your generosity but for the week of donation matching.

If you are wondering what I’m on about and would like to help out here is the link:
